Information about the extraordinary event – Prague on 6 October 2008

On 5 October 2008, the administrative centre of the OLYMPIK hotel group was broken into.

A safe was stolen from one of the three robbed offices, the contents of which were, among other things, the certificated shares of the company OLYMPIK HOLDING, a.s. and INTERHOTEL OLYMPIK, a.s.

In the case of OLYMPIK HOLDING, a.s. these are:

• 288 bulk shares worth CZK 100 000, series B, numbers B1-B288
• 134 bulk shares worth CZK 1 000, series C, numbers C1-C134
• 20 bulk shares worth CZK 1 000, series C, numbers C137-C156
• 6 bulk shares worth CZK 1 000, series C, numbers C214-C219

As well as
7 shares with a nominal value of CZK 100 A1+A7
12 shares with a nominal value of CZK 100 A18-A29

The shares were issued on 2 November 2004.

In the case of INTERHOTEL OLYMPIK, a.s. these are:

• One bulk share with a total nominal value of CZK 65 031 000, issue 01, series B, number B1 – including common bearer shares A000001-A065031. Issue date 28 January 1994
• One bulk share with a total nominal value of CZK 68 358 000, issue 02, series D, number D1 – including common bearer shares A113 081-A181438, issue 02. Issue date: 29 May 1995
• One bulk share with a total nominal value of CZK 83 874 000, issue 02, series C, number C1 – including common bearer shares A029207-A113080, issue 02. Issue dated: 29 May 1995
• One bulk share worth CZK 10 000, series B, number B159. Issue date: 29 May 1995

The board of directors of OLYMPIK in cooperation with the CR Police is undertaking all legal steps to protect the rights of the shareholders of the aforementioned share numbers and issues of the individual companies.
